- Send us a message on 0430 420 122 with your name, the name of the soft play package you're interested in, the date of your event, and the event location or suburb.
- We will respond promptly with availability and a quote for the travel cost to deliver, set up, pack up, and pick up the equipment for your event.

Important booking conditions
To ensure a smooth and secure booking experience, please be aware of these essential conditions:
- All bookings must be secured with a deposit. This deposit confirms your reservation and ensures the chosen soft play package is held exclusively for your event date.
- Further details regarding safety guidelines and setup requirements will be provided upon booking confirmation.
- We pride ourselves on the quality and cleanliness of our equipment. Please ensure all items are used respectfully and returned in good condition.

Pricing and additional costs
Our soft play packages are priced competitively to offer excellent value for your event. In addition to the package price, please note the following:
- An extra travel cost applies for delivery, setup, pack up, and pick up of the equipment.
- This travel cost is calculated based on your specific event location within Adelaide. We will provide a clear quote for this cost when you inquire about availability.
- There are no hidden fees. All costs will be outlined upfront in your personalised quote.
